                                              詳細介紹
                                              精密鑄造又稱熔模鑄造,中溫蠟精密鑄造的特點如下: 
                                               
                                              1. 鑄件尺寸精度高,表面粗糙度值細,鑄件的尺寸精度可達到4—6級,表面粗糙度可達0.4—3.2μm,可大大減少鑄件的加工余量,并可實現無余量制造,降低生產成本。
                                               
                                              2. 合金材料不受限制:如碳鋼、不銹鋼、合金鋼、銅合金、鋁合金以及高溫合金、鈦合金和貴金屬等材料都可用精鑄生產，對于難以鍛造、焊接和切削的合金材料,更是特別適用精鑄方法生產。
                                               
                                              3. 可鑄造形狀復雜,并難于用其它方法加工的鑄件.鑄件輪廓尺寸小到幾毫米大到上千毫米,壁厚薄0.5mm,小孔經1.0mm以下。
