                                              詳細介紹
                                              中溫蠟精密鑄造的清理方法如下：
                                              1、拋丸清理。利用高速運動的鋼丸、鐵丸、磨粒流的沖擊力量清理型芯、粘砂，打磨鑄件表面。
                                              2、滾筒清理。將鑄件和星鐵一起裝入圓形滾筒中，當滾筒旋轉時，依靠鑄件、星鐵、廢砂之間相互碰撞、摩擦的作用清理鑄件內外砂子，打磨鑄件表面。
                                              3、水力清砂。將高壓水通過管路從噴槍射向被處理鑄件，依靠水流的動能和沖刷作用清理型芯及鑄件粘砂。
                                              4、水爆清砂。鑄型澆注后，鑄件冷卻到規定溫度時打箱，將其浸入水池中，水經縫隙滲入鑄型內并與高溫金屬接觸迅猛汽化，沖擊波能將鑄件內外附著的砂子基本清理。
