                                              詳細介紹
                                                  為增加不銹鋼復合鑄造鑄件局部冷卻速度，在型腔內部及工作表面安放的激冷物稱做冷鐵。不銹鋼復合鑄造生產中常將冷鐵、澆注系統和冒口配合使用，控制鑄件的凝固過程，獲得合格鑄件。
                                               
                                                  不銹鋼復合鑄造冷鐵材料的選擇，可以制作冷鐵的材料很多，凡是比砂型材料的熱導率、蓄熱系數大的金屬和非金屬材料均可選用。生產中常用的冷鐵材料有鑄鐵、鋁合金、石墨和銅合金等。鑄鐵冷鐵制作方便、成本低廉，在鋁合金、鎂合金精密鑄造生產中得到廣泛應用，尤其放在鑄件底部或末端以加強鑄件的凝固次序時，一般用鑄鐵冷鐵。
